This is a long road for me, one that will continue on well into the future. This is a life change, to be healthy and happy for the rest of my life is my goal. I want to share this with everybody who I know and who I don’t

Yor Health saved me, it pushed me into the right direction and Yor Health came into my life when I needed it the most.

I have struggled for years with my weight, as a young child I went through the ups and downs in weight gain and loss, this continued through my life and well into my thirties. The biggest issue I have suffered from is being a really fussy eater. As a little girl I had an eating disorder and wouldn’t eat. Most of the time my parents would give me special milk shake to have instead. This effect leads me to not tasting many foods until I was much older and by that time I really could not tolerate the taste or texture. I have felt frustrated ever since and have slowly introduced healthy foods and tastes into my diet. I have found that Supergreens is the product that my body needs the most and I now crave it. I am so happy to have been introduced to Yor Health because regardless of every other benefit that I have been blessed to experience the biggest benefit to me is the increase in my nutrition that I have never found anywhere else.
I have lost weight many times in my life and it was always a struggle. With Yor Health it has never been. The energy I am receiving from the products every day is astronomical. I notice if I have missed my morning shake as I don’t have the energy and stamina to get through the day.

I have my products mixed all together. In the morning I mix a shake up with 600ml water, super greens, berry blast, fibre and an mrp. It is fantastic and my stomach will gurgle if I haven’t had it at the normal time. I feel fantastic afterward, my stomach feels full and I have energy that is sustained throughout my day. The digest is amazing, I use this with my lunch and main meal every day, and no longer do I feel bloated or ill after a meal. I don’t get that sleepy lethargic feeling after eating anymore. I take every product that Yor Health supplies and have also introduced my whole family to the products.


I have increased my exercise dramatically over the time that I have used the Yor Health Products; I have gone from 0 push ups to 15 push ups without stopping. I was not exercising at all but have slowly increased my exercise and am now exercising up to 6 times a week and going to boot camps 3 times a week.
