Hello Everyone & Welcome to my personal 8 week challenge testimonial! Participating in this 8 week challenge has been a one of a kind experience! The support from others who have joined the challenge as well as panelist have been extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. I've struggled with my weight pretty much my whole life and have tried numerous products, diets, exercises to try and get the weight off but NOTHING seemed to work. I had very little confidence and would even shy away from activities that required me possibly having to take my shirt off. I wanted help but didn't know how to get or who to get it from. It wasn't until I got involved with yor health and their 8 week challenge that I finally started to see some results in my weight by taking these amazing products and working out more consistently. I have been super appreciative and thankful to be approached with this challenge. When I started my challenge I weighed in at 236 pounds, at the completion of this challenge which ends today im so happy to say that I've been able to lose 18 pounds and im now weighing in at 218 pounds! this is the lowest weight I've been in the last 6 years! It feels great! I was able to use The complete line of yor health products in order to assist me in dropping the weight. I wish I could pick a favorite product but I LOVE them all and truly believe in order to get max results you need to use them all. I took MY Mrp shakes at least 2 times a day sometimes 3, repair and probiotics every single morning with my supergreens, vitamins 6x a day, complete burn before every work out, berry blast to give me that kick of energy I need mid day. Digest ultra I took before every meal to make sure im breaking down everything I take in, and of course I took my fiber every morning with my breakfast shake :) throughout the challenge I made sure I hit the gym or was active in sports at least 3 times a week in order to maintain an active lifestyle and get the best possible results, it wasn't always easy but for sure worth it. I must say this challenge has made a Huge impact in my life today. I've been able to feel more comfortable in my skin, gain confidence which has been something I've always lacked. It has also pushed me to not only live an active lifestyle for 8 weeks but to live a healthy lifestyle at all times and to push family and friends to do the same. I truly look and feel so much better and I cant thank you all enough! I look forward to joining the next challenge to get even better results and to keep pumping this 8 week challenge throughout the world! Thanks For taking the time to read my testimonial :)
