Before starting these products. I have always been really active. I was playing soccer regularly about three or four times a week and going to the gym when I could which allowed me to keep fit and healthy. Even though I was exercising regularly I was always struggling with my weight. I could never really tone up as much as i would like, which has always been my goal. I underwent surgery February this year after tearing my ACL, LCL and my ITB which meant being off any sport for months. This threw a spanner in the works as I was already not confident or happy with the weight that I was sitting at before the surgery, it terrified me what might happen cutting out exercise all together, considering all my life I was always active. Immediately after surgery I didn't change my eating habits and consequently I hauled on a whopping 8 kilos. When I noticed the dramatic weight gain I made a conscious effort to eat a healthy diet but as after surgery my exercise was limited I was struggling and unable to lose the weight I had gained even when I started eating right.
My weight would always fluctuate. This caused me to have depression, anxiety and to honestly hate who I was. I gave up personal training because I was uncomfortable with who I was. It wasn't until I tried the products that my whole life did a 360. I was full of energy, happy and most of all I was no longer suffering form migraines I was getting quite often.
I started socializing and going out with my friends more often because I was becoming comfortable with who I was and less self-conscious. I fit back into my old clothes before my injury and lost 20cm off my overall body measurements. I cannot wait to have that toned body i have always dreamed of having and can now see happening, thanks to these products.
This all happened with the best body set! I used pretty much all products except the MRP was the only product I used sparingly. Considering my circumstances and my light work out routines I am pleased and happy with my results and cannot wait to start my second challenge!
