Hey my name is Brian Sierra, and when I started the 8 Week Challenge I weighed around 155lbs. One of my goals was to gain lean muscle, and my final weight is 160lbs. I have never been fit or healthy in my entire life, so when i started the challenge and I experienced the support from the community i knew i could achieve my goal. Now health & fitness is something I'm not scared to talk about!
Ive tried to get in shape and eat right numerous times but it just never worked, I never had the support i have now. I would be in shape for 2 weeks then fall off track, but now that i have friends and family on the challenge it is a lot easier to stay on good habits & disciplines. I was always scared that all vitamins & protein shakes didn't work and were only for bodybuilders, but that fear was broken when i started taking the YOR supplements! The products i would mostly take were the MRP, CompleteBurn, Fiber, SuperGreens, and Probiotics Ultra. And I would take 1 Shake w/ SuperGreens & Fiber Plus before the gym w/ CompleteBurn, 1 Shake after the gym, and 1 Shake at night w/ a Probiotic Ultra.
When i started the challenge i knew nothing about being Healthy. But with the support of friends i was able to learn about nutrition, exercise, and healthy eating. That changed my life once i noticed the difference in my energy just from healthy eating. I went to the gym with my friend around 4-6 times a week. I was able to learn some of the workout routines to the point i could go to the gym and ACTUALLY know what to do!
The challenge has changed my life. Its given me more confidence in myself, and the feeling you get when your actually happy with the body you have. This challenge has completely changed my attitude on life, made me a lot happier, Ive never been in such good shape. I hope to inspire others to get their best body like its done to me, now that this cycle is done its time to focus on the next cycle!!
