This was a hard and exciting journey filled with friendship and determination! This challenge was especially fun since I had my YOR Best Buddies!

When I first started this challenge, I had gained roughly 5 pounds since my last challenge and started at 120 pounds. After this challenge, I was kind of disappointed seeing I only gained a pound, ending at 121 pounds. However I noticed that my muscles have become more defined, and my waist line seemed to become a lot more lean and sculpted.

To get to my final weight, I used a lot of YOR MRP, and I relied on the YOR Muscle Energy to help fuel my high intensity workouts. After each workout before I went to bed I took two YOR Repair Ultra capsules to ensure that I was ready to hit the next day working out at full capacity. I used the YOR Complete Burn in the morning as my pick-me-up to get me through my school and work day.

I used the Super Greens and YOR Fiber along with the YOR Probiotics and YOR Digest Ultra to aid in digestion and make sure that I get all the nutrients from my food. I did this every time I ate a meal, and I took the Muscle Energy before every workout. I drank the YOR MRP with each meal, and when I couldn't cook a home meal, I would take 2 MRP shakes in place of my meal. I made sure to take all the products I had to ensure I was getting the full benefit of it.

I worked out almost every day for about an hour to an hour and a half with high intensity workouts using heavy weights with low reps, and body weight workouts with high reps. What kept me really consistent was that I joined the challenge with a few of my friends. If I couldn't make it to the gym, I would religiously take my YOR Health products to make sure I got all the nutrients that I needed for the day.

Since this was my second challenge that I really wanted to do good in, I pushed myself harder than I did my first challenge. The results of it were amazing! I noticed my energy levels in the gym increased as I kept consistent with working out and it increased my confidence! My friends started complimenting on my results and I felt like I was taking control of my health. This is just the first step into my fitness journey, and I am SO ready to take the 2015 Best Body Championship! Bring it!
