My name is Lexie Rabbett and I've completed my first Yor Best Body Challenge!!! Before I started the challenge, Ive always been into health and fitness but found it so hard to lose those extra kilos and always felt tired and was averaging about 3-4hrs sleep a night. I've been able to lose 3 kgs in total and am now jumping out bed in the morning and have a solid 6-7 hrs sleep. I've never felt so fresh and ready to go! I never had so many people compliment me on my skin, about how clear it is and how it has a 'glow' to it. From lacking sleep, my skin was at its worst, struggling with acne underneath the skin. So having people comment on it, was a massive increase in my confidence and self esteem.

I am currently using all of the products but my absolute favourite is the Yor Supergreens! I look forward to waking up and having it in the morning mixed with the Yor BerryBlast and Yor FiberPlus, makes me ready to take on the world! I was only having my Yor MRP in the mornings and having a healthy lunch and dinner and sometimes as a snack after gym in the afternoon to curb those afternoons cravings. I was taking the Yor Probiotics and the Yor RepairUltra morning and night and the Repair after I did a weighted workout. Every lunch and dinner I had 2 Yor Essentails and 1 Yor DisgestUltra, and let me tell you, I have been backed up every since I can remember and have always had trouble getting a flat stomach. I've never been so regular in my life. hearing people go once or twice a day was a shock because I'd probably go once a week but now, I've never been so regular! And I don't feel like I'm weighed down or lacking motivation. I was almost swimming in the water that i was drinking everyday!! Definitely helped to flush out my system!

I've always been very active even without the challenge but since I started I added in a 45 mins cardio session in the morning... Either running the hilly range to the beach from my house and back which was roughly 7km or a 3km fast walk. then in the afternoon I either did a bootcamp or an isolated weight session.

I did have a few occasions that I ate out and caught up with friends, I mean I'm not competing for a bodybuilding competition or anything but it did set me back, either way I am so happy with my results and so eager to do another cycle! I've been able to get one lot of free products so far which is amazing and I will continue to tell the world about Yor Health because its not a 'detox diet' or a micrale weight loss drink. It definitely helped me get a lot more educated on nutrition and what is right for your body.
