I used to train a fair bit until life happened, I had 2 beautiful children and a promotion at work. Exercise and nutrition slowly made its way to the bench, and eventually just stopped showing up to the game. I had tried a few supplements on the market before and most of the time I had been disappointed, found that they left me feeling scattered, bloated or something that I shouldn’t have been feeling. So I was a bit hesitant before I tried them but they were recommended to me by my best mate Ryan and I knew he wouldn’t be so pumped about just another Sup. Before I started taking the products I suffered from poor stomach health, did not sleep very well, went to bed early and woke up late still feeling tired which affected how I felt about myself. I road the rollercoaster of energy, everyone knows what I am talking about, 2.30 feeling good, 2.40 COOFFFFEEEEEE!!!!! So I started by taking the Supergreens and Berry Blast, within the first week I had more energy I no longer rode that rollercoaster of energy through the day, I stopped drinking coffee which was upto 4 per day. I thought if I am feeling this way from 2 of the products in the first week and have cut out coffee something I struggled without, how good am I going to feel if I take all of them!! So I made the choice to do the 8 week challenge, ordered all the products and weighed in... 81KGs, Hmmm, there was a reason why I hadn't got on the scales in a while.. Then came the photos, funny how you still think of yourself at your peak... That was the final shock I needed to get myself back into shape. The first 2 weeks I concentrated on cleaning my eating up and letting the products go to work, I took the Probiotics, 2 Repair Ultra, 2 Vitamins the Berriblast and the Supergreens with 2 scoops of fibre in the morning, had the MLP after a workout or for morning smoko depending on the day, and finished off with 2 vitamins and the Digest Ultra with Dinner! From week 3 I started training 3 times per week, I was completely out of shape, nearly threw up 3 times on my first training session. From here my fitness has increased exponentially and I am in the best shape I have been in for over 10 years! I finished up in my challenge at 74Kgs, that is a loss of 7kgs in 8 weeks!I shared the products with my Family, my Mum has lost 8kgs just from the Supergreens and Berri Blast alone which is Amazing! She suffers from underactive thyroid and has always struggled with her weight! My beautiful partner Sarah has also lost 7kgs on her challenge and I have seen the change in her energy levels from the moment she started taking the products. My stomach health has improved out of sight, I am again eating pastas and breads without the fear of being uncomfortable for hours on end. I am now sleeping better, staying up later and waking up earlier. My mind is clearer and sharper, and the morning fog is now a thing of the past. I am fitter and healthier than I have been in years and I have been able to share this with my family. I come home from work and still have the energy after an 11 hour day to play with my kids, dogs and treat my partner to a massage :) I look forward to completing my next 8 week challenge! So I will see you all in 8 weeks!!!
