My name is David and i am a recent university graduate. I achieved a degree in engineering and currently hold a grad roll in a sugar mill. throughout uni it is difficult to get the correct nutrition, especially when you are living on a budget (as many students do). When i finished my degree and started working, i wantd to start taking better care of myself, when i was introduced to the range or products made by this one group, YOR. The product I use is the YOR Supergreens as I was finding it difficult to eat the amount of veges i needed. When i was told about the challenge i jumped at the opportunity as i thought i would be the right kick in the pants i would need to start me on my fitness journey.

For this challenge, my goal wasn't to alter my total weight all to much as i wanted to loose stubborn body fat, WHILE gaining muscle. I was able to achieve this (within reason) as may be seen by my before and after photos. I found that the Supergreens really helped me maintain a healthy and fresh routine in throughout my challenge, i always felt awake and alive. What I mean by this is i felt a dramatic change in my energy levels throughout the day.

I decided to take the challenge very seriously and hit the gym 6-7 time a week. I live in a small town and there is not a whole lot to do with your spare time, thus i put it all towards being in the gym working my but off.

This challenge has impacted my life the most by changing my whole lifestyle. health and fitness is my world now and i am loving it. I have never felt this good in my life :) even including all the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) I experience. i think that DOMS is proof that you are moving forward. so all in all, the impact that this challenge has had on my life is difficult to put a limit on as now fitness is part of all my long and short term goals. I would highly recommend this challenge to anyone that thinks they just need that little push.
