My name is Neil Donovan, I have 24 years and all my life I practiced sport (soccer). I spent much of my adolescence in soccer training and trying to improve my physical abilities but I was always very complicated. Has never been a challenge for me to stay thin but had always wanted to increase my muscle mass and define my body. This had never been achieved in spite of training daily. I have always tried to mark my abdomen and I have performed many pushups in each workout but I never got. Time after I stop training since I started my studies and during the four years of college. I began to neglect my body, started to create negative eating habits, lack of exercise, drinking alcoholic beverages, etc. all this led me to gain weight slowly and every time that I looked myself in the mirror I thought "I do not want to be this person" but really I never tried to change. I had a routine life as a student. I think the main reason I neglect my body was because I had separated from my parents, I began to live a life with more autonomy. With this new lifestyle I neglect my feed, my sleep, the practice of exercise, etc.
After those four years as a college student finally finish my studies, now I beginning a working life. I am a primary school teacher and as such I began to work with a group of children in a public school. Now I working and earning money I thought it would improve my lifestyle but the reality was different. I left student lifestyle and got a worker lifestyle. Now I had a routine life as a teacher. I continued playing soccer but sporadic way and twice seriously hurt me. The first occasion was a sprained right ankle and the second one elongation of ligaments in my right knee. This produced me an emotional and physical discomfort and I stop playing sports for about a year and a half.
After the lesions I started exercising slowly for my recuperation and started to achieve soccer practice again. I began to study other profession and with this I got to enter to soccer team of University of Guanajuato. Now I was a worker, a student and also I trained all the weeks trying to get a better nutrition in order to have a good physical condition and a better body. I spent much time but did not see big changes in my body and this disillusioned me and again goes back to my bad eating habits. Shortly after a good friend I stand Yor Health Products he talked to me about the platform of 8-week challenge and the great vision of the company. I really liked this idea and decided to start a new life now with Yor Health. Besides consume the products I became a promoter.
My first goal was to increase 5 kg in muscle mass and tone my body, but also what I wanted to achieve is to have better performance in all the activities that I do, in my work, in college and in trainings. Now 8 weeks later I can see the big change in my body, my energy, my smile. I am now very happy because in just 8 weeks I have had great results that have helped me improve my lifestyle. Today I am a person with great discipline and great goals I want to achieve and thanks to Yor Health I reach it. What I like most is that despite not having much free time alone sufficed me 5 hours in the gym a week to achieve these results. Now my weight is 80.200 kilograms. I reached my goal and even I overcame it.
My body still looks thin but now I feel more strength, more power, more muscle and less fat. Now every time I train I feel like my body responds faster and when I looking myself in the mirror I like to see my body more and more defined.
