hey guys im Tofiga Faaleava and i work courier at the airport every-night from Sunday night to Friday morning. working 11:00 pm til 7:00 am from Sunday to Friday takes a toll on the body. to add to that i was also playing rugby union on the weekend , training twice a week and gym 5 days a week was even more demanding. this was all to try and keep myself fit and healthy for work. these long hours at night made it so difficult for me. due to the fact that driving home was the most dangerous part of my job. 50-60 minute drives to and from work. 60 cups of coffee dieting training even harder at the gym. couldn't even prepare for the worst. that ultimately myself and my two brothers where involved in a car accident two years ago. to this day i still can't forgive myself for the accident. did everything in my power to be healthy and fit yet i still fell asleep at the wheel.
i'm grateful that one of my friends from school approached me about the YOR best body 8 week challenge. he was like bro tryout the berry blast. this will keep you awake at work throughout the night. i cannot thank him enough for giving me one sachet that changed my life forever. i immediately felt the difference in my body. i jumped on the products for a week and decided. i gotta do the YOR best body 8 week challenge.
Now my body is in the best shape it has ever been in my life. i'm able to go straight from work into the gym and still pump harder than i did before using the products. i don't have the excuse of being to tired from work to even go gym. i drink my berry blast with the YOR meal replacement before i begin my workout. also being a rep myself i'm listening to mindset instead of music to even add more self belief in myself to push that extra rep that extra minute. even bigger guys in the gym are taking notice of me. especially when they find out i come straight from working a full shift throughout the night and pump as if i just had a good 8 hours sleep lol.
because i work at night my supplement intake is varied to fit my weird hours of work. i love taking the YOR meal replacement with fiber , my berry blast with the super greens and my all time favorite muscle repair. everyday i take these. can't go a day without them. my transformation has come a long way. even now that my mum is using the products as well as my partner herself.
the change that my body has come from when i first started using the products to today is amazing. i have to pinch myself daily to remind myself i'm not dreaming. my awareness at work is at a all time high. my workmates keep asking if i'm on drugs. my family cant believe that instead of sleeping all day. i'm playing with my little nieces and nephew. i love being an uncle and spending time with them is golden. the energy i have now to be able to drive home without the fear of endangering the lives of my passengers is no longer there.
i cant thank my friends Chris Prins and Constantine Poutasi for introducing me to the product and the business. my life now will never be the same. being able to share health and wealth is something i never thought i could do. using the products and taking on the 8 week challenge. then also spreading the message to my loved ones . instills the belief in me that you only live once. so live the best life you can live. be the best person that you can be. in the best body that your in.
