Hello YOR Health friends and family, my name is Yer Lee and I want to share my story and experiences with the amazing products offered by YOR Health that has changed my outlook on life and improved my health so very much.

First off here’s a little information about me: I am twenty years old and live in St. Paul, MN, USA and am also a full time college student. Throughout high school I was really active and healthy and weighed in at only 49.8 kilograms/110 pounds. But during my senior year up until the time of my graduation from high school I realized I had gained over 13.6 kilograms/30 pounds! Thinking back on it now I know what had caused my then-mysterious weight gain: mounting school work, gradual decline of motivation in my daily exercise routine, eating unhealthy and also the stress from trying to discover what it was that I wanted to study in college.

For two and a half years through both college and a low wage part-time job I struggled to get back to my healthy weight of 49.8 kg/110 lb. My height is 1.5 meters/5 feet and my body weight of 58.9 kg/130lbs. made me an overweight individual. I could not fit in my pants and dresses anymore and it hurt my self-esteem so much that I spent over $2,500 over the course of two years on gym memberships, aerobics classes, herbal weight loss pills and teas, special dietary supplements and trying expensive random weight loss exercise programs that I could find online. But it wasn’t working, the only thing I had to show for everything that I tried was the loss of 2,500 hard earned dollars and even more frustration and self-disappointment. I wasn’t ready to throw in the white towel just yet, but I was at the end of my ropes, until I ran into a YOR Health representative while out on an errand.

I was skeptical at first but the YOR Health representative showed me some very convincing before and after pictures of herself and explained how YOR Health products had changed her life. I went home and thought really hard and looked at some more YOR Health before and after pictures online until I finally decided to take the leap and hope for the best.

Everything else I can honestly say is history, for the past two months I have lost over 8 kg/18 lbs. From a weight of 62.5 kg/138 lbs. to 54.4 kg/120 lbs.! My daily weight loss routine now consists of 1+ hour of moderate to intense cardio workouts in combination with a balanced diet and of course YOR Health products.

In the morning I take the REPAIR ULTRA and PROBIOTIC ULTRA supplements before taking 2 scoops of CHOCOLATE MRP, 1 scoop of FIBER PLUS and 1 scoop of SUPERGREENS.

At noon I take the SUPER SLIM and DIGEST ULTRA supplements before eating lunch respectively.

Before my exercise routine I take one REPAIR ULTRA capsule and after the end of my routine I take 2 scoops of CHOCOLATE MRP, 1 scoop of FIBER PLUS and SUPERGREENS.

Finally in the evening I take 1 capsule of SUPER SLIM and DIGEST ULTRA before dinner.

Having lost so much weight so fast I have regained my confidence and become a more optimistic and energetic person with a much more positive view of my health, body and future. I have not been happier in my life then in those moments when I step on the scale and see that my weight has dropped a steady 2-3 pounds a week, a few more pounds away from my goal of reaching 49.8 kg/110 lbs. every week. I have irregular menstrual cycles and ever since I have been consuming YOR Health products my menstrual cycles have been occurring regularly now like clockwork now.
