I weighed 53 kilos entering this challenge. I wanted to drop 3 kilos and get super toned, which I did and now weigh 50 kilos. I love to exercise and enjoy healthy food so I'm pretty lucky compared to those who don't enjoy exercise and healthy eating. However, I've had challenges of my own like most of us today, with comments made by others and trying to 'fit' into society's expectations. I would often get told "you're too skinny!" "why are you at the gym, go eat a burger?" I started to worry myself and would eat junk food just for the sake of it, chocolate, ice cream whatever I could just to prove I wasn't too skinny.

I use to have unpredictable and very irritable bowels, serve headaches, allergies and irregular sleeping patterns which caused me anxiety and worry over the littlest things. So my chiropractor suggested I take a probiotic. This was before I was introduced to the amazing and alkalizing yor products. I use to always try and nourish my body to be more alkaline, from drinking lemon water, chlorophyll, apple cider vinger and coconut oil. Now it's as simple as having my energizing super greens shake in the mornings blended with alkaline water, banana, kale, frozen berries and some days a berry blast and the YOR fibre. It's the best part of my day! I no longer suffer from serve headaches, I fall asleep instantly and my worry over nothing is gone. You really are what you eat and I have no doubt I can thank my super greens shake every morning for that.

I also take the digest ultra with big meals or when I'm feeling bloated like us ladies often do. I take the probiotics every night and these are my favourite of the products. They are much cheaper in price and much higher in good bacteria than the previous ones suggested by my chiropractor.

I exercise at least 3 days a week, sometimes more. Yoga, cardio and strength training. In saying that I honestly haven't watched what I ate or dieted at all. If I wanted a treat I gave my body what it wanted and I knew my super greens would take care of the rest! This is my first challenge and I didn't diet once, I hate the word diet, healthy living should be the new diet. With the power of the yor super greens anyone's weight goal is possible. I never thought I could be so toned and have such a defined stomach without a strict eating plan.

I'm now comfortable in my own skin and finally confident enough not to worry what anyone else thinks. I'm the strongest, healthiest, happiest and fittest ive ever been thanks to the yor health products.
