Okay, here it goes...it is the final night of the challenge and I am sitting here thinking what to write, so lets start with the bullets...My before weight was 199...I know!!! My goal was 184 and my final weight is 177 for a total weight loss of 22 lbs.
The products that I use...everyday I have MRP. I usually mix water, ice, MRP, YOR fiber, and fruit in the blender...yum!
Then I have a Super Green drink. Half water, oj, greens, fiber, and a berry blast.
A probiotic at night. Enzymes all day and vitamins.
I exercise at least 4 days a week. I attend hot yoga; which I LOVE, I push my son in his stroller as I jog the neighborhood, and I have a Tracy Anderson dvd that is fabulous.
Now for the impact...I finally feel like I have some control over my life when my life has been so out of control. I have had this extra weight on for over 2 years. I had my son in 2011 and gained 60 lbs. I kept 40 of that 60 on! My husband, son Mason (2), and I moved from NC to TN at the end of 2011. My husband is in the Army and we got our duty station changed. He is currently serving in Afghanistan on his fourth war deployment. This is our first deployment with a child, so this single mom thing is something! I also work part time as a dental hygienist. When my husband left for overseas I was pregnant. When I was 22 weeks pregnant, I lost the baby; a girl, her name was Olivia. I was induced on that day and delivered her 2 days later, while my husband was still overseas. My sister, mom, and mother-in-law stayed with me in the hospital. My husband got home 2 days after that. He was home on emergency leave for 3 weeks, then returned to Afghanistan. Olivia was born 06 Jan 2013, my husband left 28 Jan 2013 (Masons 2nd birthday) and I was a mess. Long story short, I knew I had to get it together when I was completely not! So I made a goal to get healthier and I am doing just that. This journey is not over yet, but it is moving me in a positive direction that I am so thankful for.
So there ya have it! I am a work in progress, but I am doing it!
