After seeing my cousins Ryan's results with your health, I got inspired! I had tried the Yor Super Greens samples that he gave me and loved them they made my stomach so settled and I felt more balanced through out my mind and body.
I have always struggled with my weight even though am a gym-aholic and love eating healthy food! You would easily catch me on a tread mill each night of the week, I just needed it for my mental sake. The stress level i put on my self was unhealthy, I am very ashamed to add mite that I have for a long time dealt with my inner self stressing with comfort eating I was always able to justify eating that extra serving at dinner or having more late at night! I would say it's just how I deal with stress, its all right.Even when its eleven at night!
So having physical seen Ryan's results and experienced a settled stomach with Yor Super Greens! My entrepreneur pack couldn't get here sooner.
with my goal of getting fit for summer I started the 8 week challenge straight up after receiving my pack! I was so excited about the 8 week challenge my mum was the first person I called I couldn't wait to tell her about this amazing products and the support base behind the 8 week challenge! She jumped on broad with the sculpt kit and vitamins. I was taking her photos for her 8 week challenge 2 weeks later.
I jumped, start out and booked personal training lessons with a PT at my gym. Once a week as well as with Lochy, Ryan's brother also a PT once's a week. So I could really mix up and change my work out routine, so I could properly experience the products.
Before Yor health I avoided the weight section of the gym, I had always found I would ache and feel heavy after lifting weights. But After trying Yor Repair Ultra with weight training I found myself loving weight training and my more limber body.
I was very happy to hear when Yor Super Slim become available half way through my challenge. I added it to my routine 2 capsule's (30min to an hour) before the 3 main meals of the day. I noticed a change almost straight away! I feel more even, energetic and I don't get that same grumpy feeling every couple of hours when I am Hungary!
At about the same point I realised that while having the Yor Berry Blast, Yor Vitamins (with meals), yor Super Greens and Yor Shake mid morning I wasn't feeling as up and down in my mode's. Having a clear head helps me deal with day to day stress happily.
My routine through the 8 week challenge
Morning
8am- Probiotic, repair ultra x2 and the super slim x2.
9:30am-MRP chocolate or vanilla 1 and half scopes with small breakfast.
Mid-morning
super greens, berry blasts, vitamins x2 fibre plus and super slim x2.
lunch
11-1 vitaminsx2, digest ultrax2 with lunch.
mid-afternoon
3-4pm-berry blast, super greens
Dinner
5-6pm-vitamins x2, digest ultrax2, mrp(chocolate) 1 and a half scopes with dinner.
Bed
11-12pm-repair x2
My Mum has been with me every step of the way, her favourite product would easily be the Yor Super Slim she noticed that she was satisfied much quicker and felt more even through out the day!
while maintaining regular weight's and Cardio based training 5 to 6's day's a week and maintaining to take all the 9 Yor Health products available in Australia as they are recommended on the yor health webpage. I started to find myself choosing to eat smaller portions and fell more satisfied. I don't crave chocolate daily any more or feel that same scary feeling of needing to confine in food or to burn my stress off on the trad mill at 12 pm. I have lost centimetres and have toned up with out being bulky. I am feeling great! Just all round, i am making better choice's which is why i think my next 8 week i will have even better result's and that is thanks to Yor Health I don't know how i can ever thank you enough! Ryan for introducing me and supporting me though every thing. My Mum for getting on board and supporting along this journey i am so excited for where its going to take us.
I have made some life long habit changes with the energy and diet support of yor health. I rarely drink alcohol any more and I can say no to food late at night. I am excited to Get back on broad round two with the 8 week challenge. I feel this time round with these life changes i can achive those extra kilo's and i am loving my new found confidence thank's Yor health. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW TILL YOU GIVE IT A GO!
