During my 8 week challenge my goal was never to lose weight because I knew, for me, that wouldn't be the healthy outcome since I was on the sculpt challenge trying to build muscle! :) At the end of it I actually gained 1kg which is amazing muscle gain! Thanks to the MRP and the muscle repair I was able to REALLY sculpt ;P
I took two super greens a day as I found it really helped lean my waist and make me feel super energised and vitalised. The muscle repair and MRP was ofcourse also very important for my sculpting and fat burning goals and thanks to the Super Slim, I had less snack cravings and only ate until I wasn't hungry anymore and no more than that (which is a miracle for me because I am the pecking queen!)
I took about two weeks off during my challenge from exercising because of university and work load that was dumped on me without even knowing how it happened but I had no time to gym. Although I found by eating healthy consistently I didn't alter my chances at the 8 week challenge at all because the products are so amazing!Other than that, I would exercise about 4 times a week doing HITT cardio and pushing myself on the weights!
This is my second time doing the challenge and it has really changed the way I feel about my body and generally everyday! I now wake up with so much passion and energy for the day! And I dont have to worry about what to wear because my body is now in the best shape it can be and everything I wear will look good! ;P Not only have i sculpted, but my hair has become stronger and my skin has become smoother. I cannot thank these products and the challenge enough!
All in all, the products are so easy to take and the challenge is for anyone and everyone because you make up your own rules! In the end this is for yourself and not anybody else. So you can commit to it as much as you want :)
