Hi my name is Lonni and this is my Yor health challenge story. Before I started this challenge I never saw myself as over weight but was never happy with the way I looked. My start weight was 53.5kgs... I had previously tried going to the gym and dieting but I could never achieve the goals I have today. I wanted to feel comfortable in my own body and have a healthy lifestyle but with a busy work life and long hours I never had the energy to stick to good foods and excersie and always went to the quick fix like pasta and lollies! During this challenge I absolutely loved the berry blasts! They gave me so much energy and I could actually get up in the mornings and feel good during the day! They gave me long lasting energy and so much motivation that I even got up at 6:00am in the morning to go for a run! (Never have I been that motivated). I loved the chocolate and vanilla shakes and they were perfect for when I had those 5pm snack feelings on the way home from work or if I was in a rush and had nothing organised food wise. They are very yummy and were always so satisfying! I took the probiotics every morning and the digest tablets at least once a day. They made those big meals go down and kept my tummy feeling flat! With my exercise I wanted to make sure I reached my goal so instead of going to the gym where I could easily slack off I did 2-3 personal training sessions and a boxing class a week. My pt pushed me more than I could and would and never gave up on me and kept the classes fun which made me even more motivated! This challenge has changed me not only in the way of image, but I've had a massive lifestyle change. I've gone from being tired, lazy and Un-motivated to loving to cook, having heaps of energy and being independent. I also reached my goal weight of 50kgs!! I do all my own shopping and cooking and I love finding new recipes and things to make! I'm so much stronger and fitter than I ever thought I could be too which is helping with my occupation which is such a bonus! Oh I can also finally fit in to a pair of black skinny jeans that I've had for 4 years which have never fit properly!! Best feeling ever! They are now my comfiest pair of jeans hehe. I've enjoyed this challenge so much and am so glad I reached my goal! FINALLY!! I am summer body ready and more confident than ever. This challenge has literally changed my life.
