I found that at 49 my health was not as it should be mp. My IBS was out of control I couldn't go anywhere without needing to know where the toilets were . My blood pressure and cholesterol were both creeping up and menopause saw me with hot flushes and my weight was gaining and I could no longer ignore it. I made contact with Mel Goldman as I knew of Andrew through soccer and thought how well he looked and wanted to see what he was doing. I went to a party with no preconceived ideas as nothing I was doing or nothing I tried was working. I decided this was it I'm doing this .Mel took my photos a couple of days later and once I got into the car I cried this was not how I wanted it be it was not happening anymore I was going to give this 100%. I start my day with supergreens , scoop of fibre and a berry blast at 630am and at 9 am a vanilla shake at 1 a chocolate shake I have a super greens and berry blast combo at 3 . I snacked on a bit of fruit and a few raw almonds . My dinner was what ever I was cooking for my 3 teenage boys and husband . I just watched my portion sizes. I religiously took my enzymes and probiotic and started super slims and multi vitamin half way through the challenge . Super greens are my favourite product. 1.5 weeks in I felt amazing I was sleeping better i didn't have the bloat that is associated with IBS. 4 weeks in I was in an amazing place emotionally .I was going to the toilet like a normal person 2 times a day not 12 ,the freedom this alone has given me is priceless . At the end of 8 weeks I now sleep like a baby and wake up refreshed and ready to go before the alarm my energy levels are through the roof, my blood pressure and cholesterol has now returned to normal and the hot flushes associated with menopause are minimal and totally bearable. I have lost 7.2 kilos and have learnt that the scales are not always a true indication of weight loss . My body Shape has changed . I've gone from a size 14/16 to a 12/14 I was blown away that this 7.2 kilos has been such a confidence giving experience as well as the benefits to my health .The support I have found has been priceless and I have found the products so easy to take . This has been such an emotional journey for me .I could not have done this without the support of team Goldman .Thank you YOR health you truly have given me my freedom.
