Wow, what a life changing 8 week journey that was.
From starting, not really knowing what to expect, to being in the best shape of my life.
So my background is Personal Trainer by trade. I have always been in relatively good condition but always had trouble dropping that last 5kg of body fat. Starting off the challenge, I was around 11% Body fat and although I was hoping to get down to 4-5%, I was being highly optimistic given i've tried many diets and fads trying to achieve this in the past and never budged below 10%.
I started the challenge at 83kg which I generally sit all year round.
I purchased the Sculpt Pack with Super slim, Fibre and Essential vitamin with the goal of dropping body fat and building muscle.
My first 24 hours I noticed energy levels went through the roof and for someone who gets up at 4.30am for work, this was a game changer for me.
In terms of how I take the products, as soon as I wake I take the Greens with Berry blast, Super Slim and Fibre. This is something I look forward to every day because I love the taste and the energy it gives me first thing in the morning. From there I have my breakfast along with Essential Vitamin, Repair and Digest which I found made any bloating I used to suffer from completely disappear. This was huge for me because it is something I have suffered from for years.
I would then take my Essential Vitamin and Digest in all other meals for the day and before bed have my MRP with a Probiotic.
My sleep has never been better.
I've never been a good sleeper in the past, constantly waking up and needing to pee, but I've found that this is now a thing of the past, and most importantly I wake up feeling well rested.
Nutrition and exercise didn't really change for the challenge. I wanted to keep everything the same so I could experience how good these products actually were. I did find I had better workouts because my energy levels were much better but other than that everything was the same as before the challenge.
My Final weigh in was 78.1kg, about 1.1kg off my target but I did manage to hit my body fat target of 4-5% and put on a lot more muscle than I ever expected.
For me, these products will be a part of me for the rest of my time on this earth. The way they make me feel impacts my entire life from mood to energy levels to health. Even my friends have noticed the difference in me and my vibrancy I now possess.
I have decided to take on Yor Health as a business as I now have a passion to change as many peoples lives as I can so they can experience what I have.
