I'm a busy mum to two beautiful girls and I knew I had to loose weight for them and to be the best mum I could be. I have never put myself first! My kids and husband always come before me and my health was really suffering. I was diagnosed with Postnatal Depression after I had my second daughter and it all went down hill from there. I created terrible eating habits and terrible food to go with it!

Add to the mix anxiety and sleeping issues and I was the picture of unhealthy! I was starting to fall asleep anywhere between 2-4 times a day. It got so bad if have to have someone at my house all the time to watch my kids because I physically couldn't stay awake. I was truly miserable with myself.

My goal was 10kilos and I didn't reach that but I'm just as happy with everything I gained instead. I have lost and maintained a 5 kilo loss, 15cm off my waist, 10cm off my hips and 6cm off each thigh.

Since day 1 on the products I have not slept once during the day which was something I never thought I'd be able to say again. I sleep so much better at night now and I no longer wake. I can drive further than 10mins and I have a tonne of energy to exercise and get outside and play with my kids.

The super slim helped me so much with controlling my appetite and the regime on the app has made my eating habits change. I eat smaller and more regular and I'm no longer craving all the bad stuff. I feel full quickly which has stopped my binge eating.
