After being introduced to Yorhealth i jumped onto the 8 week challenge pretty much straight away.
My goal was to lose some belly fat and gain lean muscle.

I've always struggled with my weight with unwanted belly fat since i was young, even though i have been going to the gym for a bout 2 years i still wasn't getting anywhere. As i started working more i would get home and be tired and lose motivation to go the the gym, i was only going once or twice a week.

I got the entrepreneur kit and used the full range of products, i also got my family onto the products to see if they worked for people of all ages.

my first day i started it off with a probiotics and a repair followed by a shake at work an hour later with MPR, beery blast, super greens and a scoop fibre plus.
By my first break i was loving the products already with increased energy levels, and not getting that hungry feeling between breakfast and my first break. I was feeling happier and more concentrated at work which was good.

By the end of the second week i had stopped drinking coffees in the morning and in my breaks during work.By this stage i had dropped 2 kilos.I had been going to the gym 4-5 days a week and my energy levels were still going strong after work, and my workouts were getting more intense.

A month in and i had dropped 4 kilos so far and noticed getting leaner around my stomach and whole body.i was training 5-6 days a week. At this point i really cleaned up my diet and was eating mostly vegetables, salad, chicken, tuna and steak with the odd burger in there haha.

As i come to an end of this testimonial its been exactly 8 weeks. I've followed my supplement guide, eaten clean and trained hard and in these last 4 weeks gained 4 kilos while looking leaner then i was after losing the 4 kilos and can actually start to see some abs coming through which I've never had before. without these products i know i wouldn't feel or look as good as i do now, i haven't been this lean since i was probably about 8.i never thought i would get the results i did.
