I was first introduced to the Yorhealth products by my brother, at first i was very skeptical. I work as a personal trainer and have tried all the supplements on the market so i couldn't understand why these would be any different. I was suffering from some really bad digestion problems at the time and had been to many doctors and tried lots of prescription medications but nothing seamed to help at all. since all the products have a 30 day money back guarantee i thought i would give them a try and if they didn't work send the empty packets back.I bought all the products available and Much to my surprise within the first week all of my digestion problems had completely gone away ! I started with a shake in the morning consisting of super greens, berry blast, chocolate MRP and fibre plus the combination tasted really good and made me feel very clear headed and awake straight away ! instead of taking 2 hours to wake up like normal. This impacted on my work greatly because i was now able to get up earlier and be full of energy for my clients.
