I have always struggled with my weight from growing up, I always tried diets and never stuck to them, I never was motivated going to the gym or anything.
After being introduced to YOR health I waited a couple weeks till I jumped on to the 8 week challenge.

I didn't want to take my photos to start with because I was to scared to see what I really looked like. After my friends and family made me take my photos that made me want to change things so much more..
My goal was just to lose weight and get motivation to go to the gym.

I purchased the entrepreneur kit so I used the whole range of the products. My family also use the products and we're happy with them and getting results.
I work long hours both day and night and I used to drink 4 to 5 coffees a day just to get me through.

I start my day off in the morning with having 1x repair, 2x vitamins and also 1x yor super slim now available in Australia.
In a big shake I had 2x scoops of yor Meal replacement, 2x scoops of fibre, 1x scoop of greens and of course the berry blast!
I thought it wasnt going to taste nice at all! But to my Surprise it actually tasted great! I drank it on my way to work with no hassles at all.
About an hour before lunch I had another super slim and then with my lunch I had 2 more vitamins and a digest a few bites in!
Because I worked a lot I didn't have a lot of time to sit down and eat so that's why I loved the meal replacement.
I had a small snack in between before I started work again.
And then again at dinner time I had another meal replacement while I was working just to get me through the night.

During the 8 week challenge I didn't stick to an eating plan as well as I should have, I still ate pretty bad food and my next 8 week challenge I will be sticking to an eating and training plan and getting a lot better results.
After the first week I could feel a difference and loved it. I stopped drinking coffee and has a lot more energy at work.
I started going to the gym and got a personal trainer for 2 days a week. I didn't weigh my self all the time because I didn't want to get disappointed.
At the beginning of my challenge I weighed 89.9kg
At the end of my 8 week challenges weighed 85.9 I lost 4 kilos but I can defiantly say that is just a number because I have built a lot of muscle and feel great!
I am so happy I got this opportunity and can't wait till my next 8 week challenge!
