My whole life I just been the slim guy and I was cool with that. I always played basketball and ran cross country so I would never be concerned with gaining weight. When I came to college, I was always comparing myself to my friends who got built and wouldn't like hitting the beach or pool because of how slim I was.
When I started getting serious about lifting and looking better, I got really in shape and was the talk of my circle. But when I got a lot of other commitments I stopped lifting and realized it was all water weight that I had gained...putting me back at square one.
Before I gained 7 pounds and started getting more ripped, I was just eating alot of snacks and sugary things and also it wasn't enough food and calories to gain weight. I wasn't taking ANY products, and I only exercised once to twice a week. I was in terrible shape and felt bad all the time, no energy, no urge to do anything, and really weak.
After the 8 week challenge, I am lifting and exercising at least four to five times a week and will be leading an Insanity class at my college campus. I primarily used the supergreens, MRP, Yor Repair, Berry Blast, and Yor Digest and Yor Probiotics. The supergreens helped with getting the right nutrients in my body and all the greens I was missing, the MRP helped supplement my diet and make sure I was constantly adding good stuff into my body, the Yor Repair helped for the sore days after, the Berry Blast helped get my energy soaring before a workout and the Digest and Probiotics helped with my overall nutrition, health, and fitness. I see that this isn't just WATER WEIGHT, and that I can continue building my physique from here!
I took the products everyday for the 8 week challenge, until I ran out! I made sure to take it on a consistent basis and it looks like it paid off! This is only the beginning, I hope to reach 200lbs and to really tone and chisel my body from there.
The challenge helped me to realize that I cant become comfortable in my life. In high school and even early years of college I was really active and stayed in good shape but once I got comfortable I stopped caring and lost all the muscle gains I had made--making me a really skinny guy with a bad diet and no urge to exercise. Now I can see myself carrying this regimen for the rest of the school quarter towards summer and through 2013 and beyond! Thanks YorHealth from the bottom of my heart!
