Firstly I have to thank the people who helped me get involved with my 8week challenge. Without their support and guidance I would of been the same tired, emotional and physically challenged wrecking ball.
Being 29 and a full time single parent I have been through so many stages and has seen my body take several shapes and sizes but one thing stayed the same with me was the lack of will power and consistency.
Before the products in August 2014 I was at my heaviest 87kg, when I began the challenge I was at 72.8kg
My knowledge on healthier living and how vital it is, especially being the main influence on my child's life wasn't a strong priority until I really took a look at where my life was, I realised it was time to change.
Everything I thought I knew was only half the information and by learning more and expanding my knowledge while being on this journey has helped me realise just how much I was starving my body from what it needed and gave me the motivation to build on self improvement.
I utilised all the products and the system setup by YOR health and I would not have gained the results in such an amazing time frame without it all.
From Day one I experienced a definite change in energy levels, I've accomplished giving up old habits and created new ones.
I exercise regularly more so now than before, I have seen positive changes to my reaction time, gained better control over emotions and able to focus on work better.
I no longer suffer from anxiety or depression and best of all after a gruelling workout session I have fantastic recovery results through the YOR ultra repair and super greens.
Through following the regime I've been able to maintain consistency and my mental capacity has improved a great deal.
Most importantly I have gained more energy to do exciting activities with my child than ever before.
Getting through the 8 weeks was nothing I had expected. The hundreds who supported me and my own determination to help raise a better standard for women within my community and among my friends and family who have been with me the whole way.
Thanks to the 8 week challenge and Yor health for providing an opportunity to change.
I encourage anyone who reads this message to just give it a go, there really isn't anything to lose but a few pant/ dress sizes.
