Hi YOR best buddies :)
I feel so excited and motivated by the results to continue in my progress until I'll achieve my goal so I can set up a new one :)
But first of all, I would like to introduce myself a little bit. My name is Romy, 24, and i decided to change my life by starting this amazing 8-week-challenge. While being in Australia for 1 year, working in a bakery and eating the unhealthy "rubbish" food that was for free, I realized how unhappy i am and that I'm getting more and more frustrated, fat and ugly, lacking energy and motivation to live my life.
I received my YOR products that have been part of my life almost 9 weeks now. Every day, after waking up, around 4.15am, I started my day with making a great breakfast shake that includes:
YOR Supergreens (1spoon), YOR Fiber (1,5spoon), YOR MRP Vanilla or Chocolate Supershake (2spoons), organic oats, plus Banana/Mango or any other fruit.
Then, I was going to a Crossfit gym at 5.30am where I burned some accumulated fat during the past months - my weight before was over 67kg. After the workout, I felt so amazing that I couldn't stop smiling all day :) Around 9am I usually have YOR Berry blast to boost my energy to the top.
When having a cooked lunch or dinner, I usually have had YOR Vitamin and YOR Digest Ultra to add the missing nutritions to my body and avoid food hangover afterwards. Before the main meals, I started to have YOR Superslim, approximately 30min-1hour to get my metabolism ready, get rid of the fat faster and be in shape sooner.
In case of working in the morning and having time going to the gym at the afternoon, I mixed YOR Supergreens with YOR Berryblast, also called YOR Superblast :), to get pumped before the workout. In other case, when I was working in the morning and afternoon, I created 2 hours break for having a run on the Bondi Beach that released endorphins and makes me just feeling so wonderful that I can not even describe it with words. :)
Before going to sleep, I took YOR Probiotics Ultra on empty stomach to help my body get clean and feel lighter, plus YOR Repair Ultra to help my muscles recover faster and not to be so sour when I can not move - that can not happen with these great products ;).
To sum up, I'm using the products every day and I'm TOTALLY IN LOVE with them :) I exercised in average 3 times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. My energy has risen to the top and I feel like a Jesus walking on the water ;) even without drinking coffee or any other energy drink - and I used to drink 7 double espresso at least - so that is one of the major changes I got through.
What's more, I can not imagine to go back to my life routine I had before. My weight now is 64kg and I will continue to get better, more sculpted and change my body completely not only from the outside point of view, but moreover get to the best shape of my life together with everyone who is keen to, naturally with healthy products so my mind and body can achieve the maximum - basically, what they are meant to be ;)
All in all, I want to thank YOR Health team for this opportunity to start DOING something with my life and not just keep talking about my wishes.
