Being introduced to YORHEALTH a few months prior to when I actually decided to give it a go , I was in two minds about the whole overall setup.
But with my weight and health rapidly getting out of control, I was drastically In need of a lifestyle change .
I was currently playing footy at the time but was injured half way through the season with serious damage to my right Achilles.

This determined my current frame of mind with having nothing to train for or work towards and all of the physical activity had gone out the window ,it was now free weekends , binge drink and a really poor diet .
Had a good talk with my wife and then decided to give one of our really good family friends a call ( Carly & Leigh ) asked them how it all works and was keen to give the 8week YORBEST BODY challenge a crack.

Only at the age of 30 I was already at my heaviest at 143 kgs , not caring about my inner health and diet , it kind of made me realize that I was on a good track for some serious health issues.
My kids are the ones who make it hard for me when I leave each day for work but can also make me the happiest person in the world from when I walk through that door at the end of the day, so my main purpose for the phone call to Carly & Leigh was for my wife and kids, to live a longer and healthier life for my family.

I started the challenge weighing in at 143kgs & some big body measurements .
For the first 2 weeks I just cleaned my eating with smaller portions and ate regularly (no training).
I'd wake and take a 1x YORrepair , 1x YORprobiotics , 2x Vitamins .
BREAKFAST:
with YORsupergreens & YORberryblast together for my morning kick.
BREAK:
shake MRP with YORfibre
LUNCH:
1x YORdigest ,2x vitimans
DINNER:
2x YORdigest 2x vitimans
BEFORE BED:
1x YORrepair

Week 3 , started cardio twice a week and had a extra berry blast before workouts.
Week 5-8
Upped cardio sessions to three a week with also 2 weight circuit trainings added.

I didn't stress too much about losing that much weight after a few days on the products , I was more marveled at how great I felt with lots of energy to burn compared to how I use to feel.
I felt the same way I did on day 1 as I did on day 56 ...GREAT !!!
I finished the challenge losing 12 kgs trimming back from 143kgs - 131kgs.

Overall I'm totally stoked with how it all went and especially the quality of the YORHEALTH products .
I would with no doubt recommend this line of Products to anyone , it's helped me heaps to restore my inner health and control my weight again
