Before I started the 8-weeks challenge, I had a difficult time going to the gym with fitness clothes on. I had always had long t-shirts that covered my triceps and biceps. Being 165 lbs may sound like average for most people but for me, it was fat that was formed around my body. Every time I am in the gym, I will see others whom have achieved their goals and yet still on going with their routine which made me decide to take action into my own hands and so I started my 8-weeks challenge.

I used the sculpt products to achieve my goal. My routine starts off every morning at 8 am with a YOR Repair Ultra and a YOR Probiotic Ultra. The YOR Repair Ultra helped recover my body muscles for the day's activity and the YOR Probiotic Ultra aids in my digestive system and immune system. Helping me be ready for the next busy day. Adding the YOR Berry Blast at 9:30 am to increase my energy to finish the day strong. For my meal for lunch, I mix YOR Supergreens, YOR MRP, and YOR Fiber Plus along with 2 YOR Digestive Ultra pills to aid in digestions and absorptions of nutrients. At about 5 pm, I would take a YOR Digestive Ultra along with the three mix. I do 1 1/2 scoop of YOR Muscle Energy to help regenerate glycogen and muscle repair after my workouts and lastly 1 YOR Repair Ultra at 10 pm to end the night. I used this product everyday during my 8-weeks challenge which gave me full confidence because I can tell it was making progress for me.

My work out is base on a routine which I had planned out. I go the gym 7 days a week and at anytime. Every day of the week is targeted on different muscles and by doing so keeps me consistent. My routine also bases on a level of weights, reps, and time. I started off my challenge with light weights the first week, medium weights the second week, and heavy weights the third week and then repeated again back at light weight for the fourth week. Monday is chest and triceps; Tuesday is legs and core; Wednesday is chest and shoulder; Thursday is back and biceps; Friday is Chest and core; Saturday is low cardio and conditioning; Sunday is core. Planning this routine was important and using the Sculpt products had increase my strengths, endurances, and confidences. I feel excited and energize each time I go to the gym and I get lots of feed back from gym users and close friends and family on how I was able to gain muscles and had lost fat at the same time.

I am happy to say that without using YOR Health product, I would never had achieved my goal I wanted. It has change my perspective as an individual who had just started getting into fitness. Over the 8-weeks, I have learned so much. Clean eating had become a norm for a daily routine. I learned about the right posture in working out with equipments and without it. I started to get more sleep over night and waking up more energetic than the day before. I can say with my results, YOR Health products has impact me so much.
