This is my first challenge and I can say that it was an amazing journey. My starting weight was 85kg. My goal was to burn fat around the midsection and gain 4kg or more of lean muscle. I always had problems maintaining a strict eating plan and achieving the body I wanted, therefore this challenge is exactly what I needed to test my mind and body.

My workout routine consisted of a 1 hour of weights and 15 minutes of cardio in the gym, 4 days a week. The Yor Health products I mainly used to get me going were the, Berry Blast, MRP, Digest Ultra, Probiotics, Fiber, Supergreens and Repair Ultra. I used these products every day except for the Repair Ultra, which I only used on gym training days. The Fiber and Probiotics really helped cleanse my digestive system and helped me flatten my stomach. The Berry Blast and Super Greens really assisted my immunity, vitality and general energy levels throughout the day, especially before, during, and after workouts. The Repair Ultra was great for helping me recover after the gym sessions. I utilised the Berry Blast, Super Greens and Fiber into one super drink, which I took first thing in the morning. My breakfast was mainly a bowl of oats with a banana mixed in and a MPR shake. With lunch and dinner I had meat and a vegetable dish including a Digest Ultra pill per meal. Before bed I would take the Probiotics.


I’ve picked up healthier habits, and the product line was able to make it convenient for me to stay on my regimen. It gave me the energy I needed to get up and go every day. It also filled the gaps in my diet to provide me with better nutrition and I finally feel that my health is more balanced than ever before!

I feel like I've taken my mindset to a place it's never been, because going into this 8 week challenge, I wanted to push my body to it’s limits, not hold back, be very disciplined, and inspire people with my transformation and dedication along the way. I feel confident I can do that now and that means more than anything to me. Knowing that my discipline and sacrifice can now inspire others to make a positive change in their life too.
