Hi,
I am Roberto Mendoza. I am from Queretaro Mexico. I am really exited about the results that I had using all the YorHealth products and this is my first 8-week challenge, and for sure not the last one.
I always have take care of my health and I like any kind of sports, I used to play football, at High School an college, but also enjoy to play soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Racquetball, running, cycling, you can tell.
I was amaze about YOR Health products; this was the first time that I felt a real difference using this kind of products, maybe is because I used the complete set of products or I don’t know, but you fell the difference with your energy, not only when you are running or working out at the GYM, you don’t feel tired to make your other activities during the day.
To make the story short or at least trying, I was traveling a lot and I was not taking care of my self properly, but I looked at the mirror and I did not like what I was seeing, again I was gaining weight, I know that was not much, but I decide to draw a line and start taking care of my self as I like, with discipline in my exercise, taking the YOR Health products, a good nutrition, and good sleep.
I started the challenge with a weight of 69kg, and I finish with 64 kg, only 1 kg over my goal, I am really happy about the results, and I am aiming for greater results, with al these discipline I didn’t forget to have fun with friends or parties or delicious food that we have here in Mexico, but what is changing in myself and what I have been learning of been part of YOR Health company is to be aware of what we are doing with ourselves, the mission and vision of the company about our health Physically an Mentally, being strong with this two aspects, the other parts of our lives can be solved much easy.
These were most of my days I tried to make exercise 5 or 6 days per week, if not at least taking the products.
Wake up
1 Repair and 1 Probiotics with water
Before exercise Running or GYM
1 Muscle energy scoop, with a Vegetable in the blender
Breakfast
1 Super Green small Scoop, with 2 Vegetables
1.5 MRP scoop and 1 Fiber small scoop with a fruit and hole grain cereals
Late Lunch (2 or 3 pm)
Good meal, taking care of a good ingestion of proteins and enough carbohydrates.
During the afternoon after or during YOR Meetings
1 MRP scoop or a Berry Blast, depending on how was my day or energy that I had.
Diner
1.5 MRP Scoop with a Light diner or only the MRP.
