Hello YOR Best Body 8-Week Challengers. I am a mother of two beautiful baby one is 6 and the last one is 18 months old. My last pregnancy leave me couple of pounds so after trying a lot unhealthy methods without results I did my first Slim Challenge in April this year I lose 20 pounds and I was so happy. After losing all that baby weight plus an extra pounds I decided I wanted to sculpt because my body suffered changes, like stretch marks, flaccidity and all that things.
I started a challenge to sculpt but I got scared of going to gym and all that gym stuff that for me is so difficult so I gave up.
Then I started again a challenge this one, but after getting 2 gym memberships and no having time to go because I am a mother, I work full time and also a wife and all the excuses that I give to myself, somebody say something that really wake me up. "Be stubborn about your goal, and flexible about your methods.That apply to all areas of life That day I went to the gyms cancelled the memberships, stop at the store and bought to little weights, got home, took two complete burns and started to do exercises in the TV from youtube, with my babies around having fun with it. Since that day that it's our time together as a family even my mom join the challenge with us. For my kids is fun time for me is time to be healthy and strong physically and mentally.
Every morning I took YOR SuperGreens,YOR Fiber plus,and 1 Berry Blast on my way to work hours later I took 2x YOR Essential Vitamins with breakfast.Then 2x super slim one hour before my lunch and 1 digest and 2x YOR essential vitamins with my lunch. 1 scoop of YOR MRP and 2x complete burn 1/2 hour before exercise.
then while i'm exercising, I had the YOR MUSCLE ENERGY mixed with the 1x scoop of YOR MRP and I really felt the difference,coz I had enough energy to complete my workout I really feel like a super woman. I usually workout 4 times a week for 1 hour I do cardio with weights from videos in youtube nothing crazy i'm just starting.I took 2x super slim 1 hour before dinner then I have my dinner with 1x Digest and 2x YOR essential vitamins.
