What can i say that i didnt say on my first challenge, besides that this one was more difficult in the excercise and healthier eating, i feel more fit and a lot more healthier. The walking got a lot more easier every time i challenged myself to go further day in and day out, the team effort and support i received from my family and friends has been unbelievable, the reactions on this challenge has been the detox with the mix of the Probiotics, Repair Ultra and Digest Ultra have been the decisive factor in my muscle gain in this excilerant trip of mine, my doctor says that my fat % has gone drastically down and my muscle mass has gone up, and yes i feel a lot more strong in my legs on arms, my back can sustain my weight which is a lot less than when i first started this journey early august of 2014 and the road ahead seems a lot clearer and more exciting than ever, Super Slim has been a god send, the amount of food i eat has been a lot less and i feel full, the mixture of MRP, Fiber Plus and Super Greens in the mornings give me more than enough energy for the whole day and the berry blast is only if i know im going to go swimming or walking long distances, being able to walk the 5k mark for me is a milestone and a goal i set for long distance and i did it in half the time span i set myself, the complete mix of all the products is the way to go and as Dennis Wong said in Queretaro this past weekend, the solutions for all of our problems is US, as a person we encourage others to do the same and we do not take our own advice, the happiness i received from my son when i came back to see him and play with him was amazing, being able to keep going and enjoying a full day together, walking in the park, playing soccer, for me that is the best goal and milestone i can ever get. This is the reason for my challenges and from now on i wont stop no matter what, nobody can say or do anything for me to stop getting healthier or my self estime to go down, my next goal is to win the anual championship and to reach the 100 pounds loss, the total amount i want to loose overall is 180 pounds, i know i have a long road ahead of me but i have the momentum it requires and the support to achieve it. Thank you Yor Health for giving us these products and the support of a great company to help all of us to achieve or goals and get healthy again. There is so many things i want to say but in the end my results are the ones that say more than i can deem necesary, This is for you my sweet Angel i love you and always be there when you need me, God bless all and keep moving forward.
