During my 8 week challenge I used the Yor Health digestive enzyme, Yor health muscle repair, Yor health probiotic, Berry blast and Super greens. Each product was used daily more than once in most cases. The enzyme was used during each meal, i took the pro biotic and muscle repair each night before bed, i had 2 super greens each day one in the morning and one in the afternoon and the berry blast whenever i needed a bit of a pick me up (usually pre/intra training). i exercised roughly 11 to 12 times a week, usually a ratio of 6-7 weight sessions and 5 cardio sessions. During the time i found myself having much more energy than i could of ever thought I had and the only reason i can see for this was the products doing what they claim to be doing. My 2 Favourites though would have to be the digestive enzyme as it allowed me to break down and be able to eat my 6 meals a day without that constant bloated feeling and to get the most out of the nutrients in them. My other favourite was the berry blast, as i said before it just picked me up and gave me that extra energy to put in all my energy and concentration to each training session, and unlike the pre workouts I used to get from other supplement stores it didnt make me feel sick and keep me up for hours after my night training sessions.
This challenge has changed the way i see lots of things now. At the start of the year my goal was to win the 2013 ANB fitness model competition which is in October. From January to the start of march i hadnt seen much change, still training on the same cycle i am now (6-5)so my trainer Karim EL Barche at "Discovery PT" in Highett suggested i do this 8 week challenge. It motivated me to do everything right i.e training and diet. The 3 months prior to this challenge I had changed a bit but in the back of my mind i was still thinking that there is no way i can transform in 10 months for this competition. Now at the end of my challenge i honestly beleive i will win my competition, ive seen first hand how hard work, the right diet and the best supplements can really help you.
But its not just my body they have changed, in seeing my body transform in such a short period of time it has given me so much confidence to do anything else i want to do, im more driven, more self belief and as ive said ive had so much more energy which ive also been able to put into my business.
I have also said to people about how character defining it has been im just a happier person now which i beleive comes down to my physical appearence as prior to this I hated my body, hated going to the beach and taking my top off, looking at myself in mirrors and feeling bad about myself but never thought i could change so much in such a short period of time. i now look at myself and im proud, but i know im not where i want to be yet so the hard work and YOR Health supplements will continue indefinatly.
Id also like to thank my trainer Karim for pushing me through each training session and getting me onto these supplements and challenge. It has been one of the best decisions ive made in my life.
