Hello everyone! My name is Jenny Vang. Before, I never took my weight seriously. I would lose some and gain some. Then eventually I just give up. I would always see people before and after picture of them losing weight in the challenge and having this awesome transformation. I was like, “Man, I want that too. They look good in just 8 weeks. I want to look good too.” I look myself at the mirror and I wasn’t happy with my body. I realize that this year is coming to an end and I can’t afford to look the same and stay with the same weight for the next year. I was tired of not looking good in my clothes and eating unhealthy food. I knew that I better start doing something fast or else I would be 200 pounds soon. I don’t want to get to that weight. I want make a change in my health. I want to take charge and take control of my weight. That’s why I made a decision and joined in the 8 week challenge. In my 8 week challenge, I made a commitment to eat healthy, drink a lot of water, stay away from junk food, sugar, and greasy food. I took my shake (MRP, Fiber, Supergreens) for breakfast and dinner. Before workout I’ll take two complete burn and workout for at least an hour. After that I take one probiotic. Before lunch I’ll take two pills of Super Slim and wait for 30 min. For lunch, I’ll eat a light meal and take one digestive in between. I’ll snack on almonds and fruits so I won’t get hungry. That’s all I did. I started to see results slowly week after week. In the middle of my challenge, I dropped two sizes. I went from a size 10 to a size 8.That pushes and motivated me even more to not lose faith and keep continuing. I’m so excited that I didn’t give up in my challenge and completed it. I’m so happy that I went from 144 to 130. I dropped 14 pounds and I have never drop that much in a short period of time. I can look at my body in the mirror now with a smile. I like how my body looks like. I look good in my clothes. Not only that, but I feel healthy and awesome. I can feel the difference in my body when taking the products and eating healthy verses when I wasn’t watching what I eat. I’m able to go to the bathroom easier. I’m taking in all these nutrients and veggies from the products that my body needs to be healthy. I love everything about the YOR Health products. I love what it does to my body and the taste of it. I can’t get enough of it. The products and the 8 week challenge has changed my life and made it a lot happier. I am very thankful to YOR Health for creating a unique product line that really works to take care of our health. I’m also thankful for my friends who supported me all the way when I took on this challenge. I couldn’t have done it without the YOR Health products and the support. Thank you so much.
