I began this challenge feeling flat, bloated, down and simply blugh! I was looking at having to go up one or two dress sizes because all of my clothes weren't fitting properly or getting up past my hips and were making all the wrong things stand out.
The first week or so of taking YOR health I felt a bit constipated, bloated and a bit yucky but then one morning I woke up and bam, it was as if it all just hit me! Don't get me wrong, I still have my off days but YOR health has made me feel a lot lighter and simply more energetic on the inside. I have energy for longer during the day and I find I don't even need berry blasts! My stomach doesn't churn anymore and it doesn't feel as full if that makes any sense!
For as long as I can remember I couldn't exercise in the morning without feeling nauseas for the rest of the day. I now can do it and have the normal rush that exercise would give me when I exercise at the end of the day.
My appetite has lowered majorly. I went on a netball trip and where I could normally eat the full huge amounts that everybody else was eating, I couldn't even eat half!! I'm not even craving sugary stuff as much as I used to other than when it's my time if month but that's normal! I normally crave fresh foods now which for me is a massive improvement!
I was simply happy that these products left me feeling healthy and and light inside! I didn't exercise regularly. My plan was to go to gym 3-4 times a week as well as jog but I didn't stick to it. I walked my dogs nearly every day and went to gym maybe once a week or twice and then missed a week or so but played a few games of mixed netball. I went for a few runs with my partner as well and played basketball with him and his work mates occasionally. At the end of the challenge, I met with some other girls also doing the challenge and did some circuits and running. It was great!
The products I've been taking are the super greens, fibre, digest ultra, probiotics and not all the time repair ultra. I get up in the morning and take my probiotics and the repair ultra depending on the day. Then at lunch time I have my super greens and fibre with breakfast juice and also a digest ultra with my food. I then also take a digest ultra with my tea depending on the day and whether I think i need it or not.
Overall because I didn't work as hard as I could've, I didn't expect to lose much if anything at all but I actually did. I started off at 71.1kg and finished at 66.1kg. I also lost 33cm overall from my body which I was really happy with. It all just shows how well the products work! My energy levels are up and my insides feel 10 times better all because of YOR health!! Thank you YOR health!
