Before starting on any of the products I was 62kg at 171cm and struggling to loose fat whether I ate correctly or skipped meals. To me weight doesn't mean as much as body fat %, but as a dancer/performer/teacher I could tell that my body wasn't the best it could be. And I knew I wasn't the product of my product visually and no matter what, in my industry - people will judge a book by its cover. I started on go greens, berry blast, fibre and digest in September. These small amount of products helped me slowly move down to a 58kg by November.
I then decided to start the 8 week challenge, from that I started on all products including; go greens, berry blast, fibre, probiotics, vitamins, muscle repair, digest as well as MRP once a day and super slims with every digest. At this point I could see and FEEL my energy improve, which therefore helped me with being able to fit more into my day, positive mindset as well as concentration and able to learn quicker.
It was in the first week of my challenge when I went to a rehearsal and was told FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY WHOLE CAREER that I was a fast learner (picked up choreography/direction quickly), that had always been a struggle of mine. But isn't it so clear, that when you fix up your health, your mind and body can work at its best.
I would take 2 vitamins in the morning with my probiotic and if need be my muscle repair as well. I would also make my go greens, berry blast and only 1 scoop of fibre in the morning. During every meal I would take my digest and super slim, only when I was sore would I take the muscle repair once a day (only on one occasion did I take it twice). And I went to the gym 1-2 times a week, due to my physical job as a dancer I would train or teach 6-7 days a week anywhere between 1-8 hours per day. Any more work outs and I would be building mass instead of long lean muscles, which as a girl and dancer (that needs to be lifted and leaded by male dancers) I need to have strong but light muscles.
I remember listening to Ben Abstacker mention to never use the word "diet" and instead use "meal plan", and to keep a record of what I ate and when I ate it. So I did exactly that, I would keep a small little record in my phone so I would know when I could relax on my meal choices (possibly once every 3-4 days). I did consciously cut back on carbs, meats and sugars but due to my physical job I would still have to eat HEALTHY carbs (couscous, brown rice..) but would avoid them at dinner time! I also cut back on alcohol and really focused on drinking nothing other than Yorhealth products or water (which I kept a track of as well).
The impact of these products and taking on board the challenge has helped me more than word in an essay can describe. Within the first 2-3 weeks of my challenge I began gaining more performance AND MODELLING work. I believe, not only did I look great, I had a happier and more confident attitude about myself. I am paid to teach others to be self confident within themselves, and I realised through the products how much more self confident I could be.
Unfortunately, due to personal reasons the last two weeks of my challenge I wasn't able to eat as healthy as I usually would (included more carbs and meats in my meals than I should have). But THANKFULLY these products still kept me looking lean and feeling light, provided me to further myself in my career and training. And make a whole lot of networks who I seemed to have inspired along the way.
I am very happy with my end result but I know one things for sure, I won't go a day without Yorhealth and I will keep working on improving my mental and physical health for the rest of my life.
