I used to feel sad about myself, sitting on the couch and seeing those commercials of people with great transformations. I was always envious and didn't believe I could ever be able to do something like that because I have been overweight my whole life. I was always conscious of my weight from the time I was young when I was not allowed play pop warner football to a year ago in July, having been constantly ridiculed on a daily basis of how I should be losing weight from my boss. I couldn't handle the way I was being treated by him and the way he made me feel, so I decided to quit. I had it. About a month later as I was talking to my mother, I began to realize that my boss was right. I needed to change my life around before I had an early death. That was the day I made the decision that i was going to commit myself to live a better and healthier life. I was 290 lbs at the time and 300lbs was too close for comfort.

I really didn't know where to start, so I began running, doing just cardio. I didn't know much about proper dieting or proper exercise, but I began to see some results. Now i was at 257 lbs, but i became stagnant with what I was doing and i wanted more but I needed help. I saw a friend of mine, Danny Chau, saying something about an 8 week challenge and I saw people in the challenge with amazing results. I wanted that. So, we met up and he began explaining what the 8 week challenge was and how the NDS and proper exercise would give me the desired results I had been looking for. Excited after we spoke, I was eager to begin this 8 week challenge.

After the first couple of days with the NDS, I began to see to dramatic changes in my stamina, performance, and overall energy. I felt alive again. In two weeks I was able to drop 10 lbs. I couldn't believe this was happening. I had never felt so good about myself. My clothes were starting to fit better and I was receiving lots of compliments from my friends and family. I would recommend everyone to get a gym partner. I couldn't have done it without Danny. He was able to help me push myself beyond my limits. Without him and the NDS I wouldn't have been able to go the extra mile. Supergreens has been my best friend.

After week 6, a reoccurring back injury stopped my progress and exercise time. I wasn't able workout for the last week and a half. I was scared I wasn't going to be able to finish. But I refused to let it stop me from completing the challenge. The NDS proved to be effective because during my rest time I was still able to lose 3 pounds without exercising. With a few days left, I forced myself to do light cardio and was finally able to get back into the gym right before the end of the 8 week challenge. I didn't meet my weight lost goal of 215 lbs but I look better now than I have ever in my entire life.

A year ago if you told me that I would be weighing 230 lbs and looking the way I look now, I wouldn't have believed you. I am very happy about the person I am becoming, and I want to inspired others to make a decision to change their life today. I want to thank the people of YOR Health for the creating the 8 week challenge. I am very thankful for the NDS for helping me understand the power of perfect nutrition. I would not be where I am today without it. This is a new me and I love it. I want to let anyone hearing this know that if I was able to do it, you can too!
