Before the Challenge I always had trouble with my digestive system, was constantly bloated and in pain. I tried cutting out certain types of foods but even this didn't seem to help much. I had just resigned to the fact that I was always going to struggle with bloating and pain. This left me feeling unconfident in my body. I've never been overweight, just not entirely happy with my body. I've always exercised regularly and ate fairly well so I had just settled on never really being able to make much of change.
I started the 8 week challenge as I thought why not give it a go and see what happens? I was impressed by the products and loved that they were all scientifically backed, not some gimmicking fad.
I have honestly have never felt better! No longer bloated, can eat so many more foods without being in pain and rather than constantly feeling exhausted I am full of energy! The impact on my life has been huge, words can't describe how happy I feel in my body now! :) After trying so many things I am finally pain free! I went from 63kgs to 58kgs and I feel so much more confident in my body and would recommend them to anyone! I am in the best shape of my life and am so glad I didn't settle for how things were and tried something as incredible as the YORHealth range.
I typically would have the super greens and fibre in the morning on waking, MRP shake for breakfast, digestives and vitamins with lunch and dinner and a probiotic, berry blast when I needed the boost and muscle repair before bed.
I didn't find the time to work out as much as I would have liked, perhaps 2-3 times a week, but still had such incredible results, I can't believe it!
So excited to do another 8 week challenge and see the results of another 2 months :)
