After putting in a lot of time in to my work, eating take away food that wasn’t the best for my body, I found myself feeling bloated, sluggish, and lacking energy and the heaviest I ever been.
I decided enough was enough, time to get this part of my life handled so, I entered YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge and get my body back in to shape.
Since I was very busy, and didn’t have time to cook, I decided to use the YOR Shake combined with the YOR Fiber as liquid meal for Breakfast and Lunch, for the first week I found this to be a little difficult as I was still feeling a little hungry after each Shake. So I then added the YOR Super Slim to my regime and started to have 2 tables 30 minutes before each meal. This was amazing, I found that I wasn’t as hungry as I use to be. I was also having YOR Digest Ultra with each meal and found to my surprise that I didn’t get tired or bloated after each meal like I did previously. I then would have a normal solid meal for dinner, again with a YOR Digest Ultra. I did this from Monday to Saturday and Sunday I would have solid meals for break, lunch and dinner. I would also have 3 tables of the YOR Essential Vitamin at Lunchtime and 3 tables at Dinnertime.
I was using the YOR Berry Blast and the YOR SuperGreens as an energy boosting drink before and during my workouts and to help my body recover after I would have a YOR Repair Ultra and then another one along with a YOR Probiotics Ultra before going to bed each night. I found to so good as I was not very sore the next day. I was also having another YOR Shake after each workout to help with recovery. I exercised 5 days on 2 days off.
I would also on some days have the YOR Berry Blast in the evening to help with the afternoon energy slump, previously I would have coffee. I have been able to replace drinking coffee and saving money, totally loving the YOR Berry Blast.
Overall, before starting the YOR Best Body Challenge, I was tired, bloated, carrying a lot of extra weight and was not feeling well.
Now that I have been using all the YOR Health products 6 days on 1 day off for 8 weeks, trained 5 time a week and at the age of 44, I have lost 6 kgs, I feel good, look good and I’m having more energy than ever. I feel as if I’m in my 20’s again, full of energy and lean.
