For a longtime I neglected my body and my health. It wasn't until I weighed myself and nearly 80kgs I realized how much I had let myself go.

I knew changes needed to be made! So I started getting into training and eating right. I managed to lose a few kilos but I was still far from where I wanted to be

It was actually 2 very close friends of mine who introduced me to the Yor Health Products back in August this year. I saw that changes and how much their health improved, I thought what did I have to lose?

So I had been on the products for a few months and managed to lose a few more kilos. I then decided to sign up to the 8 Week Yor Best Bod because I saw how fun and simple it was and the results people were getting were amazing!

I have never personally done a challenge myself. I started my 8 Week Challenge at 76.6kg.

The products I took throughout my 8 Week Challenge kgthat have been able to help me lose the unwanted ilos and keep me energized and refuelled.

Every morning I would have my Yor probiotics before smashing backm my Yor Shake, with my Yor Supergreens, Yor Fibre and Berry Blast.

It tasted great, kept me fuller longer.

Then with my lunch and dinner I would have a Yor Ultra Digest to help support my digestive systema and the break down of my foods.

I exercised at least 5-6 times a week, even if it was just a quick run around the block, I wanted to push myself, to really improve on my fitness.

The impact the challenge has had on my life, is that I now know and realize how important it is to eat right, exercise regularly as well as supplement and nourish my body with its not getting already. Not only that but family and friends have seen the changes I have made for a healthier lifestyle, that it has inspired and motivated them to want to do the same which has motivated myself to continue on this journey of better living.

My goal was to get to 70kg at the end of my Yor Best Bod 8 Week Challenge. My final weigh in was 69.8kg. I'm SUPER SUPER happy with my result and I can't wait to begin my 2nd 8 Week Challenge and to keep working towards my best bod!
