This was my second challenge in a row and I was really proud of coming 3rd in the last one but it also left a burning desire in me to get a better result this time around.
I was already in pretty good shape at the beginning so I wasn't aiming for any big dramatic overhaul, but instead wanted to see small improvements as I know if that happens every 8 week challenge then that means my health and fitness is only getting better and better.
I actually surprised myself with my results as I ended up putting on nearly 3kg going from 91-93.5kg, mostly around the chest, shoulders, and back, and I was also able to lean up a little bit and drop my body fat percentage.
My routine for a long time now has been supergreens, & fibre mixed in with my morning smoothie, digest ultra before every meal, a berry blast before every workout, & pro biotics, repair, & multivitamins before bed each night. I find that this routine consistently gives me more energy & stamina than i've ever experienced in my life, even compared to when I was playing sport at the highest level. My recovery is so much better than it ever used to be & this gives me the confidence that I will have the energy to workout hard even if I have had a big day or work, or not a lot of sleep.
If I ever have a day where I haven't slept or eaten as well, I will always have an extra supergreens before bed, & also extra pro biotics & repair. I find this helps me wake up feeling much more refreshed & recovered.
My training regime consists of 4-5 weight lifting sessions a week where I try to focus on different muscle groups in each session, & also 3-4 cardio sessions, mostly consisting of running & cycling.
With the products in my arsenal I am so confident that I will always have the energy & stamina to be as productive as I possibly can whether in business or fitness, & it also gives me so much more confidence that my immune system can function at an extreme high level, keeping me healthy when others might break down. This is a big thing for me because I used to always be the one getting sick.
