I'm absolutely ecstatic with the results I have achieved on the Best Body Challenge, it's been an awesome overall experience which I am very grateful for!
I've been a devoted YOR Health Customer for some time now and have always loved the results I got from the products!
I joined the challenge to get my health back in line after a few consistent months of a hectic schedule meant severe lack of sleep and very poor eating habits. I had also lost the discipline I had previously had to make my healthy routine a priority. I wasn't feeling great.
What I really set out to achieve by doing the challenge was to install a daily routine that no matter what life delivered me I would make time and stick to it every day! I wanted to wake with more energy, get through the whole day with no slumps and go harder in my training sessions.
I always start my day with my YOR Supergreens and YOR Fibre plus (in fact, knowing that it was time to have my greens would be what got me out of bed most of the time!) They give me stacks of energy and fuel my early morning workouts.
Throughout the day I have my YOR Digest Ultra to best utilise the nutrients in my main meals and the YOR Essential Vitamin to keep me on track with my daily nutrient intake.
I love my YOR Vanilla Shake and always look forward to it either post work out or as my afternoon/evening small meal. I have struggled to digest proteins in the past but the YOR shake keeps me feeling light and really does taste great!
By far my favourite products are the YOR Repair and YOR Probiotics Ultra.
I always finish my day with these products right before bed as I have found they help me get an amazing sleep and repair my body for the next day.
Despite having a fairly intense work out routine of pilates, dance/ballet, yoga and outdoor training, my body hardly ever feels so sore that I can't perform at my best each day!
I love the way the products act as a catalyst for me to make more conscious choices when it comes to my food and also help me to drink lots of water to stay hydrated!
After seriously struggling with my health in the past I can honestly say that this product line has helped me to feel and look the best I ever have in my life thus far!
I may not have achieved my goal this time round of adding muscle weight but I definitely lowered my overall body fat and I'm super keen to enrol in another challenge because for the first time ever, thanks to the aid of these products, I believe I can truly discover what my body is capable of!
