My name is John, I’m from Brisbane, Australia and I’m a YOR Health promoter and customer. I am a father to 2 beautiful children and have a very supportive partner who has also been using the YOR health products and has lost 10kg along the way. I started this challenge to be a good example for my customers and be a product of the product so I can show people how well the challenge and the products work. I purchased the sculpt pack and used the products as per the sculpt pack regime. I went to the gym 3 times a week for weight training & attended Rugby league training twice a week, which consisted purely of fitness training.
The products have made me feel healthier within myself and I have noticed a huge difference in my fitness and energy levels. The challenge itself has impacted my life in a very positive way and before the 8-week challenge I was always lethargic and tired at the end of everyday. Instead, now after work, I have so much more energy which gives me the chance to play around outside with my kids & enjoy more time with my family each day.
Before I started using the YOR Health products, I was always active and in good shape as I love training. But one problem was it was hard for me to lose weight and be lean, but at the same time keep my size. Being on the challenge has given me so much more confidence to sell the YOR Health products, as now I know how well they work.
Before knowing about YOR Health I was very skeptical about any type of health products as I believed that the correct amount of food intake and daily exercise was enough to keep healthy. However, after the passing of my grandfather, due to poor nutrition, obesity and health problems such as diabetes, high cholesterol & high blood pressure, it made me realize that the nutrients, which is not included in our food, is needed to keep your body healthy. This is why coming into contact with this company has benefited me in more ways than one, as it has not only given me the chance to do the challenge and minimise the risk of myself developing one of these health issues, but has also given me the chance to help other friends, family and even people I don’t know reduce the risk of these issues and them keep healthy also.
Being Samoan, it is vital to raise the awareness within my cultural community as diet and exercise usually isn’t a big deal, as pacific islanders tend to love our food and don’t include exercise into our daily routine. Therefore, helping people in the Pacific Islander community is a passion of mine, and YOR Health gives me the chance to help them.
At the start of the 8-week challenge I weighed in at 113kg. My goal was to lose 2kg of body fat, and gain muscle mass and reach 115kg. On the last day of the challenge, I weighed in at 114.8kg. I did succeed to lose the 2kg of body fat and gained an extra 3.8kg of muscle.
My overall experience on this 8-week challenge journey has been nothing but positive the whole way through. The products are amazing, they taste great and the challenge makes it possible for you to reach your goals. I would like to thank YOR Health for giving me this opportunity to change my life, my health & also given me the opportunity to also help others to be healthy and reach their goals as well.
