Once you go green you just don't go back! Hi my name is Amelia and I am a personal trainer and aspiring fitness model!
I'm a very positive girl and absolutely love life, but once I was introduced to Yor health my life became EVEN better!

The results were AMAZING! My aim was to get to 59kg from 62kg and to drop to a body fat percentage of 15-17%. I only lost 1kg, however, my body looks more toned and my body fat percentage dropped to 17.5% from 19%.
The challenge has helped me keep track with my goals and transform my body completely.

My story about YOR Health began after my first bikini competition. In September 2014 I dropped nearly 10% body fat in order to hit the stage in a national bikini competition . It was an amazing experience, however the last few weeks I suffered a lot. I was looking good but not feeling that good. I was running on a low carb diet, was taking pre-workout and smashing cardio like an energiser bunny. I literally felt like a zombie and the pre-workout was full of nasty nasty chemicals that made me feel extremely ill.

After the competition it was time I reviewed my nutrition and took it to a new level! Yor Health in three words: JUST MADE SENSE.

I was already training weights 5-6 times a week so motivation wasn't my issue. I wanted to improve my results by getting the best supplements for my long term goals: to maintain a healthy weight and to feel great!

My diet was very high in protein and I used coffee and pre-workout to pump me up for training. In other words my body was highly Acidic! Eek what was I doing?? YOR Health to the rescue!
With the help of the YOR Health supplements and the 8 week challenge I was finally able to feel amazing, with great digestion and not only did I maintain my post competition body, but I leaned up even more!

I would start the day by taking my YOR super greens, YOR fibre and YOR repair ultra. Getting a hit of nutrients and magnesium was the perfect start to my crazy day at the gym. I would also do my 30-45mins of cardio.

With breakfast, lunch and dinner I would have my YOR essential vitamin, pumped full of goodness. Making sure I was getting all essential vitamins and minerals.

Getting the munchies, so common in my industry as I'm always moving around with my clients and working out with them. The MRP shake would fill me up and taste delicious. Also thanks to the digestive enzymes, I wouldn't feel bloated after having the shake.

At 2pm I would hit up a YOR super greens and YOR berry blast...getting the ultimate Super Blast! Totally replacing my second coffee of the day. Amazing what alkalising can do to your body.No longer was I tired but bouncing off the walls!

At night I would take YOR probiotic ultra to help restore digestive balance and a YOR Repair Ultra to help with muscular soreness.

Not only were my energy levels through the roof, I started sleeping better, felt less bloated, my skin was looking clearer and I was less hungry. FINALLY my body was being fully nourished, and the results speak for themselves!

The YOR best body challenge really helped me to stay on track with my goals and it was great to inspire my family, friends and clients to get on board too!
