My first ever YOR Best Body 8-week Challenge has been one of the most amazing and busiest time of my life. I had to make many sacrifices to stay on track with my business, body and relationship goals. I struggled with my nutrition and found it difficult to find the time to prepare or cook meals, I had limited time in the gym and not nearly as much sleep as I wish I could have had! But it was so worth it.

Thanks to the YOR Health product line and the 8-week challenge I still had the energy to get through a whole day full of energy and into the gym for intense workouts!

I never realised how much energy my body actually has to offer until these products and giving the 8 Week Challenge a red hot crack!

With my always on the move lifestyle, instead of snacking on unhealthy foods that are hard to digest, I was able to replace 2 sometimes 3 of my meals a day. I noticed I had more energy, never felt bloated and started to lose weight, as I wasn't consuming as many calories. The YOR SuperGreens & YOR Berry Blast (My 2 favourite products,) YOR Fiber, YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins gave me the nutrition I Lacked from my very average diet, thanks to the repair I was able to recover from my training sessions and got me back into the gym over and over again.

In the morning I would have a Yor shake with 3 scoops of the Yor MRP, 2 scoops of Yor Fibre, 1 scoop of Yor Supergreens, 1 Yor BerryBlast and a banana mixed in a blender. At lunch I would have a Yor Super Slim 45 mins before my meal, then have 3 Yor Essential Vitamins with 2 Yor Digest with my meal. Dinner I had another Yor Super Slim 45 mins before and the same as lunch with the Yor Essential Vitamins and Yor Digest. At night I would take 2 Yor Repair Ultra and 1 Yor Probiotic.

This all got me from 74Kgs up to 78.5! This is the heaviest I have weighed and I look the leanest I have ever looked! And I feel like I am genuinely in the shape of my life!

I worked out 3-4 times a week for about 45 minutes each session, then on some of my recovery days I would get on the treadmill and go for a run around 5KMs or so.

A lot of my very close friends and family are in the challenge as well and so this is huge motivation to all achieve amazing results and encourage one another to get up and about!!

I couldn't understand why anyone would say "no" to the Yor Best Body 8 Week Challenge, it is the best way to get yourself into the shape of your life or get you in the rhythm and mindset to create those habits to get you to the best shape! And why wouldn't you want to do it with your best friends and family?
