My goal before entering this challenge was to just complete a challenge. Previously I had enrolled in a few challenges but never ended up completing them because I would find an excuse or "something would come up". I'm so excited to have completed my first challenge and even though I didn't achieve my goal weight, I still lost 6.6 kilos. Not only did I lose the few kilos I gained while travelling, I lost more and toned up.
I started the challenge strong. I ate "cleaner" and was working out (from home) 5 days a week and would go for a walk after work. I was taking all the products daily and tried for the first time the Super Slim which I loved!
However I still had my cheat meals and would drink occasionally on the weekend. I knew that consistency and not giving up was the key and I wanted to prove to people that you don't need to drastically change everything to get some good results. Every morning I would make a shake with Fibre, MRP, Berry Blast and the Supergreens. The Supergreens is my favourite product by far because I had more energy and just felt overall healthier.
Unfortunately about half way through the challenge I started running out of products. I still took the vitamins and digests with my main meals and repairs at night which would help me recover from my work outs.
Towards the end of the challenge I did find it difficult as I was very time restricted with crazy retail Christmas hours and we moved house. I wasn't in routine but knew I had to do what I could to finish this challenge and that's what I did.
I love how much this challenge has impacted my life because I'm excited with my results and know the next challenge I enter (which will be soon) I will go for my goal weight and be even more determined.
These products have made such a difference and I know this because I can really tell the difference when I run out of them. The YOR Health products have helped me with weight loss, more energy, clearer skin, healthier hair and have helped reduce my migraines a lot (which has been the biggest win for me).
I hope that I can inspire others who live "busy" lifestyles (like most of us) that you can get good results by simply making a commitment to stick to the challenge.
