Hi, my name is Emma and I have always been interested in fitness and eating healthy, but never pushed myself to complete a challenge or set myself specific fitness goals. I have always wanted to tone up and have more muscle definition. After seeing the amazing fitness results of friends taking the challenge and hearing their added benefits of taking the products, such as improved skin and immunity, I saw this challenge as a great opportunity to push myself and improve my overall health and wellbeing.
I chose the sculpt challenge. I took the YOR Super Greens and YOR Fibre Plus in the morning, which helped to detox. YOR Digest Ultra with lunch and dinner was great in avoiding feeling lethargic or bloated after meals, which therefore maintained my energy levels. I also took two YOR Essential Vitamins with each meal, which helped balance my diet. I took a YOR Berry Blast if I needed an energy boost during the day and at gym, and a YOR Probiotics Ultra before bed which helped my immunity.
I ate a healthy/balanced diet with some treats occasionally as I did before the challenge. I changed my diet in small ways such as drinking more water instead of fruit juice.
I set a goal of going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. My goal was to work on defining muscle, particularly my abs as I had never had much definition in this area. I now see muscles in my abdomen that I never knew existed!
I have noticed a number of benefits from the YOR Health products, from my energy levels to my overall well being. I noticed a great increase in my energy levels, allowing me to go to the gym/yoga class after a long day at work, and not actually wanting to leave the gym after a session! I have never before been so consistently active 4-5 times a week.
I have always lived on 3-4 coffees a day, now I just take a berry blast when I need an energy hit, and I only have 1 coffee a day (and that is because I like the flavour not because I need it!)
I have always struggled with a low immune system and sensitive skin conditions such as dermatitis. Sleeping late and being prone to stress has meant that I was frequently run down with sore throats and colds. I have not been sick or had a sore throat since starting these products which is extremely exciting and has greatly impacted my life! My skin has also greatly improved!
I am extremely happy with my results of toning up, particularly my abs, and the other benefits I have gained from the products. I am excited to continue using the products and I no longer worry about getting sick as I can confidently trust in the YOR Health products to support my body!
