Hello my name is Eleazar Alvarez, I am 24 years old and I reside in Cincinnati Ohio. This is my 6th cycle of the challenge. About two years ago when the first cycle launched I entered in group number 1 to make a change. I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. It wasn't until the end of my first challenge that I fell in love with my body and I couldn't wait to get back in the gym. I wanted to become the strongest version of myself. I pushed through and stayed motivated, it wasn't a surprise I won 3rd placement in my second cycle, thanks to the support of family and friends, commitment and our YOR Health products.
Since then I've become more motivated to achieve the body of my dreams. In the past years I've been having a rough time keeping up with my life goals due to trouble at home. Being the oldest of 3 there is a lot of weight on my shoulders. Taking care of my family has been my main priority since my father got laid off due to a back injury at his job. This challenge has helped keep a healthy mind and positive attitude. This challenge in particular has been a tough one. I'm going through my very first bulk so I am constantly monitoring what I eat, with that being said moderation is key. My body got used to the same meals every day and this held me back from gaining size. I had to incorporate different food into my meal plans, this includes our YOR products.
My daily meals consisted of lean meats, nuts, complex starches, lean cereal, oats, low fat milk, caloric dense food, steamed vegetables, protein bars, and cheat meals every weekend. My body fat percentage is in the one digits so I can afford to have cheat days. I wouldn't recommend it to someone trying to loose weight though. My cheat meals were pizza and burgers. My supplementation with our YOR products gave me the energy I needed to push through my days giving me the nutrients I didn't get from food itself.
I took the following; YOR Essential Vitamins, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR SuperGreens, and my favorite YOR shake. I would drink a YOR shake after my workouts and when I woke up from bed. Before I went to bed a took a YOR Repair Ultra for the stiffness in my joints and to help the recovery process. Finally I would drink our delicious YOR SuperGreens with my meals and a YOR Essential Vitamin after my meals.
