Hi,
I'm Sharni, I'm 27 years old and have entered the sculpt challenge. I would say that I have always been healthy, clean eating and exercise regularly, however never felt that I could get the definition I wanted. I have always found that I had to be very careful in what I eat as I tend to put on weight easily.

Six months ago my husband and I bought a business. This made it really hard for me to get the time to exercise as at the end of each long day at work, I just had nothing left in my energy tank to work out. So naturally the weight increased and the energy decreased. This led to a very stressful lifestyle. I would say I was in a rut. Not feeling confident in my appearance also had a big impact on the way I worked and the impact I had on the people around me. Being in the beauty industry it is my role to make others feel good about themselves, which I found was becoming impossible.
It was time for a change!!!

I was introduced to Yor health and was a little skeptical at first as I had already tried so many other programs in the past with little to no results.

I started off taking - Yor essential vitamins, Yor berry blast, Yor MRP, Yor digest ultra, Yor super greens, Yor fibre and Yor probiotics ultra.

Within the first day, I noticed I had so much more energy at work and I wasn't drained at the end of the day. This lasted throughout the whole challenge. I was able to exercise five to six times a week either at hot yoga or in the gym. I stopped looking at the clock throughout the day as I was really enjoying life and feeling motivated again. After the loss of 3.5kgs and completely toning up, I was very excited to put on my bikini and have some fun in the sun and surf.

My diet hardly changed as I was already eating very clean with staying away from processed foods. So the main adjustment was simply replacing one meal a day with Yor MRP and following the Yor health regime with the other Yor supplements.

I have truly never felt this good before. With disciple in my nutrition and exercise whilst taking the Yor supplements, I now feel confident with my body and have endless energy!
