Hi i have had trouble uploading my essay for my last challenge. i was hoping you could help me by adding it in for me. i have had some family issues that have been keeping me from being able to upload it when it was due and one of the yor health reps told me to email you and see if you could help. i have added it into this message, thank you tori. 3 and ½ years ago I had my 1st baby and my body changed; I went from being a light 60kg and a comfortable size 8 to a size 14-16 and a heavy 80kg, I lost about 5kg after her and tried everything to lose more but couldn’t. Then on 31st August 2014 I had my 2nd baby, after her I weighed 76kg and was still wanting to budge my weight but couldn’t. About 5 weeks after having my 2nd baby I was introduced to the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge by a friend of mine, and was able to see the change and impact it had made on her life and her partners. I knew I couldn't let this pass, I knew in order for this to work for me I had to change my mindset and my attitude to wanting to help myself and better my health not only for myself but for my family. I've never used supplements before so it was all-new to me. Since using the products I've been able to see and feel major changes in myself. The products have been really good; I fell in love with them all and can really see how they have helped me. At the start my fitness levels where low and I had no incentive to want to work out due to not feeling comfortable in a gym in my own body and also I felt like I had no energy all the time in between the kids and a full time University degree in law. Now that I've come to end of my challenge I find I was able to train twice a day, I have the energy to go throughout my days now, I'm more alert and I find I can spend the day with my daughters, I have that energy to run around and I'm so motivated. I no longer want to have a sleep with the kids throughout the day, I look forward to exercising and I can do all of this now that I have the energy and confidence back within myself. I have lost a total of 7.1kg gone from size 14 to size 10. That's such a major achievement for myself, after having my two daughters I never thought that I would get back into the 60’s again but I have thanks to YOR HEALTH and to the amazing people who have helped and inspired me to be the best person I can and to love myself. I'm the happiest I've been in a long time and I know although this is the end of my challenge it is only the beginning of my journey. Thanks to all that have taken the time to read this.
