Health and Fitness has always been a high priority in my life, and before I tried the YOR Health products I really considered myself to be very fit and healthy, and had just accepted that being tired and run down/sick often was just a normal part of life.
When I was first introduced to these products over a year ago now I was pretty hesitant to try them as I didn't understand how they would benefit me as I was eating a clean 'healthy' diet and taking a range of other supplements.
It wasn't until mid last year when my result had really plateaued in the gym, and after wasting so much money on endless supplements that really did nothing for me I decided it was time that I took the advice from my good friend Greg Madder, and give these babies a go.
Since that day I can honestly say I have never looked back.
After only a week I was noticing myself not tired anymore, actually waking up before my alarm, having quality uninterrupted sleep, and my energy levels were through the roof!
With all that extra energy I was able to take my training to a whole new level, and before too long started seeing amazing results in the gym, that would have taken months even years possibly without these products.
This is my second completed YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge now, and again I had the same goals of increasing lean muscle mass while cutting fat at the same time, and considering I had a holiday to Bali and the Christmas/New Year period during my challenge I am extremely happy with my results.
During the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge I would start my day with a shake consisting of the YOR Supergreens, YOR Fiber and YOR Berry Blast which would give me an awesome energy kick until eating my first meal a few hours later.
With each meal I would take the YOR Digest and YOR Multivitamin, which I really believe was the key to being able to increase lean muscle while burning fat.
Each night before bed I would take the YOR Probiotic and YOR Repair.
I also took the new YOR Super Slims, which was an absolute life saver during my over indulging at Christmas time!
While taking these products it really allowed me to push harder in the gym, even after working 10-12 hour days.
My training consisted primarily of weight training, doing 5 sessions per week, along with 1-2 HIIT or cardio sessions.
Doing this challenge and seeing my results has really inspired me to again take things to another level, because although I am happy with my results, I'm still not where I want to be.
But I know with the YOR Health products by my side, and my relentless attitude, I will be closer to that end goal each day!
